Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, please follow these simple guidelines for an easy and speedy return of Payment or exchange of product:

Initiating a return

If your product does not perform as expected, please check the troubleshooting section to see if you have installed it correctly.
If you wish to return the product to us, please contact us at returns@penguinink.com and we will email you a return code number. Please include a copy of that number with your product upon returning it to us.
We will promptly and happily refund your payment in the original method it was received.

Initiating an Exchange

If your product does not perform as expected, please check the troubleshooting section to see if you have installed it correctly.
If you wish to exchange the product, please contact us at returns@penguinink.com letting us know the item you wish to exchange as well as the item you would like sent to you and we will email you an exchange code number. Please include a copy of that number with your product upon returning it to us.
We will promptly and happily exchange your product for a new one.

We want to keep you as our customer!! Please let us know how we can make any of these processes easier for you!

Please note the following:

We do not charge a restocking or handling fee. We will not charge shipping for exchanged items sent in regular ground shipping .
Cartridges must be a minimum of 70% full to be eligible for refund.
We only accept items for refund or exchange up to 90 days from date of purchase
Only items bought from our store may be accepted for return or exchange.

Items returned to us

We are not responsible for items sent to us that are past their warranty or not ordered from our store . If we receive products that are not eligible for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Please make sure to contact us AT PENGUININK.COM before returning any items.
